The FDA is warning about the use of the counterfeit erectile dysfunction medication Viagra in counterfeit pharmaceutical medicines, as many of the products sold in China may contain the same active ingredient used in the original version of the drug.
The counterfeit Viagra pills and other fake pharmaceutical medicines sold in China may contain the same active ingredient or other variations in them that are not listed in the CEP label. The FDA is warning consumers to avoid purchasing these medicines from pharmacies and pharmacies that sell counterfeit pharmaceutical products, as they may not be safe for use in patients who have been diagnosed with or may be taking certain other medicines.
The counterfeit Viagra pills sold in China may contain the same active ingredient or other variations in them that are not listed in the CEP label. Consumers should check with their physician or pharmacist if they have any questions about the counterfeit medicines they may be purchasing from unknown sources.
Consumers should also visit or log on to a website that is part of the CEP website. The website has information on the counterfeit medications, and the FDA may want consumers to check the labels of the counterfeit medicines on the products they purchased.
